From Shannon/Limerick
From Shannon International Airport / Limerick City take the
main road north as far as Ennis.
As you go through Clarecastle and come in
to Ennis turn left at the signpost
for Kildysart (R473) and follow the signs. You will
come to the village of Ballynacally about 10
miles out. Drive through the village and follow the road for
about 2 miles when you will come to a long rising stretch of
wooded road bending to the left. After the bend you will see
Shore Island View on your left.
From Killimer Car Ferry
From Killimer car ferry, take the road to
the right (R473) and drive for about 15 miles. Drive through
the village of Kildysart (in the Ennis direction).
Keep an eye out for Shore Island View on your
right (2.5 miles the Ennis side of Kildysart).
